Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
If we're experiencing high order volume, processing may take an additional day or two. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days.
Total time from order to doorstep: 8–15 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday) can extend transit times beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us at campthrone.store@outlook.com and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately and we'll do our best to update it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help file a claim.
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
